Captain Osborn comes to the West Plainfield Fire Department after a career with the Sunnyvale Fire Department. Captain Osborn worked extensively as firefighter assigned to a Truck Company and has an extensive knowledge base in technical rescue and was a member of FEMA Task Force 3 while with Sunnyvale. Captain Osborn is currently assigned to B shift.
