Commissioner McMullen was appointed to the West Plainfield Fire Protection District Commission in 1999. Commissioner McMullen is the current Commission President. Commissioner McMullen is the founder of The McMullen Company and retired from the fire service as the Chief California State Fire Marshal. Commissioner McMullen holds a Masters and Bachelors' Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis on Fire Protection.
